Overview
Earlier on in the year myself and Skye were asked to help with some second year acting shows in studio B. I was doing AV (Sound) on an Allen & Heath ZED 10Fx desk hooked up to qlab and the d&b PA system. It was a really simple setup but it was the first show I had properly done at university. This was also the first time I have used Qlab which was a bit of a learning experience but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. All I really had to do was input some fades, adjust some levels and add extra tracks if needed.
We did 4 shows, unfortunately I was ill for one of the days but then was straight back in afterwards for the rest.
It was a good experience to meet some actors and work with some director’s.
